As Chief Operating Officer of a Beauty brand, she oversaw the full expansion — sourcing, development, and rollout of a new brand identity and product line.
As Director of Administration for a nonprofit, she pivoted a 30-year program to a digital model, increasing enrollment and winning over $500K in federal funding to create a technology center in Nashville.
